Alexa Nisenson began acting professionally at the age of eight years old. Nisenson made her television debut on NBC’s Constantine as DC Comic character Geraldine Chandler. Her early film roles include performances in the family film Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life as well as New Line Cinema’s Fist Fight. Nisenson quickly gained recognition for her performance as Georgia in Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life, for which she won a Young Artist’s Award presented by the Young Artist Association for Best Performance in a Feature Film – Supporting Young Actress. Nisenson then went on to win the hearts of both critics and fans alike with her performance of Big Sean’s I Don’t F*** With You alongside Charlie Day in the comedy Fist Fight. Nisenson is also known for portraying Apple in Season 2 of TNT’s Good Behavior as well as a young Karen Walker in the revival of NBC’s Will & Grace. Nisenson also lends her voice to the Cartoon Network’s new animated series Summer Camp Island as the recurring character of Alexa. In 2018, Nisenson played the title role of Shelly in the film Orphan Horse, starring alongside Academy Award-winner Jon Voight. During Season 4 of Fear the Walking Dead, Nisenson received critical acclaim for her performance in Season 4, Episode 10, “Close Your Eyes.” TVLine named Nisenson as their Honorable Mention in the “Performer of the Week” column following the episode. Nisenson has a passion for singing as well as dancing and spending time with her friends and family.
