The Walking Dead Season 10: First Look at Rosita's Baby, Socorro
During The Walking Dead Season 10 Preview Special, Showrunner Angela Kang revealed the name of Rosita’s (Christian Serratos) baby, who will be appearing in Season 10, and shared the story of how the baby received its name with help from Serratos.
The name Socorro, which is Spanish for “help” or “relief,” with the nickname “Coco,” has been passed down through the generations by several women in Serratos's family.
Today AMC released the first photos of Rosita and Eugene (Josh McDermitt) with Baby Coco from Season 10 as part of TWD X, ten weeks of reveals leading up to the Season 10 Premiere of The Walking Dead on Sunday, October 6 at 9/8c.

The previous TWD X reveals for Season 10 have included the first photos of the Whisperer Gamma, played by Thora Birch, a look at Kevin Carroll (The Leftovers, Snowfall) as Virgil, a highly intelligent and resourceful man who is desperately trying to get home to his family and images of Daryl, Michonne and Carol in Season 10, as well as the introduction of a new character, Dante.
When Episode 1 of TWD Season 10 premieres, it is now Spring, a few months after the end of Season 9, when our group of survivors dared to cross into Whisperer territory during the harsh winter.
The collected communities are still dealing with the effects of Alpha's horrific display of power, reluctantly respecting the new borderlines being imposed on them, all while organizing themselves into a militia-style fighting force, preparing for a battle that may be unavoidable.
But the Whisperers are a threat unlike any they have ever faced. Backed by a massive horde of the dead, a conflict with the Whisperers is seemingly a fight the survivors cannot win. The question of what to do, and the fear it breeds, will infect the communities and give rise to paranoia, propaganda, secret agendas, and infighting that will test them as both individuals and as a society. Find out what makes Alpha and the Whisperers so dangerous here.
The very idea of whether civilization can survive in a world filled with the dead hangs in the balance.
