In Episode 5, Jimmy and Chuck face off in the courtroom, exposing their deeply rooted battle in front of their colleagues, lovers and friends. While Chuck fully intends to handle the situation without emotion, Jimmy has a much different plan. “When [Jimmy] goes after Chuck on the stand, he's so mad... he needs to hurt [him]," Bob Odenkirk says in a new behind-the-scenes video.

And to drive home Jimmy and Kim's argument, which questions whether there is mental illness behind Chuck's allergy to electricity, Jimmy enlists Huell to run their very first scam together -- and it works like a charm, rattling Chuck until he has a very public meltdown.

"Witnessing this relationship finally break apart for what seems like for good, seeing it played out in public like that is very painful," co-executive producer Diane Mercer says.
