On Saturday, July 12, several members of the Hell on Wheels cast took a break from filming to take part in an intimate charity event at the St. James Corner Restaurant and Irish Pub in Calgary. The cast was on hand to guest bartend and tap a cask of "One Less Every Day" Whiskey Ale, brewed especially for the event by Calgary's Village Brewery. Proceeds from the door, drinks and tips were donated to Green Calgary, a leading urban environmental non-profit charitable organization supporting Calgarians in taking effective environmental action in their homes, workplaces, schools, and communities. Following the charity event, members of the cast attended the Calgary Stampede to watch the GMC Rangeland Derby, the world's premier chuckwagon race. Check out a gallery of photos from both events.
